2013歡樂宜蘭年除夕守歲晚會於102年2月9日在宜蘭的大客廳「羅東文化工場」舉行，一系列活動由「在宜蘭˙蛇麼都幸福-踩街活動」揭開序幕；接續於2月2日至2月3日在羅東文化工場舉辦有二手物歡樂購、節慶工坊、春聯名家揮毫及眷村及新住民家鄉年菜現場製作示範及品嚐活動，舞台上則有安排歌仔戲、黃梅調及熱舞等精彩的表演，歡迎大家來同樂。
