\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u7fa4\u8cb4\u5a66\u7684\u4e0b\u5348\u8336\u805a\u6703\uff0c\u8a71\u984c\u5f9e\u5148\u751f\u3001\u5b69\u5b50\u8ac7\u5230\u6295\u8cc7\u7406\u8ca1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u9019\u662f\u6211\u8001\u516c\u9001\u6211\u7684\u7d50\u5a5a9\u5468\u5e74\u7d00\u5ff5\u6212\u6307\uff01\u4ed6\u8aaa\u9019\u6a23\u4ee3\u8868\u9577\u9577\u4e45\u4e45\uff01\u300d\u5c0f\u9752\u8b1b\u5b8c\u8a71\uff0c\u628a\u773c\u5149\u7784\u5411\u963f\u5bf6\uff0c\u300c\u6700\u8fd1\u805a\u6703\u90fd\u6c92\u770b\u5230\u4f60\u6709\u65b0\u884c\u982d\uff0c\u5931\u5bf5\u5566\uff1f\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u963f\u5bf6\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u6703\u6295\u8cc7\u7406\u8ca1\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u9760\u6211\u5148\u751f\u7d66\u3002\u50cf\u6211\u6700\u8fd1\u5c31\u53bb\u9999\u6e2f\u958b\u6236\uff0c\u8cb7\u4e86\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\u8a08\u50f9\u7684\u9ec3\u91d1\u5b58\u647a\uff0c\u7406\u8ca1\u5c08\u54e1\u8ddf\u6211\u8aaa\u53ef\u4ee5\u540c\u6642\u8cfa\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\u5347\u503c\u8ddf\u9ec3\u91d1\u4e0a\u6f32\u7684\u5229\u591a\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u7528\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\u300e\u934d\u91d1\u300f\u7684\u9ec3\u91d1\uff0c\u7d55\u5c0d\u6bd4\u6234\u5728\u4f60\u5011\u8eab\u4e0a\u7684\u91d1\u9280\u73e0\u5bf6\u9084\u8981\u6709\u589e\u503c\u7a7a\u9593\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u570b\u969b\u6295\u8cc7\u5927\u5e2b\u7d22\u7f85\u65af\u5728\u4eca(2011)\u5e74\u7b2c3\u5b63\u52a0\u78bc\u9ec3\u91d1ETF\u3002\u6839\u64da\u7f8e\u570b\u8b49\u4ea4\u6240\u4ea4\u6613\u59d4\u54e1\u6703(SEC)\u8cc7\u6599\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7d22\u7f85\u65af\u7684\u9ec3\u91d1\u90e8\u4f4d\u6301\u80a1\u5f9e4.28\u842c\u80a1\u63d0\u9ad8\u81f3\u8fd14.84\u842c\u80a1\uff0c\u532f\u8c50\u4e2d\u83ef\u6295\u4fe1\u521d\u4f30\uff0c\u7d22\u7f85\u65af\u6295\u8cc7\u77ed\u77ed1\u500b\u591a\u6708\uff0c\u5831\u916c\u7387\u5c31\u903c\u8fd11\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8ddf\u8457\u5927\u5e2b\u6295\u8cc7\u9ec3\u91d1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7d22\u7f85\u65af\u52a0\u78bc\u9ec3\u91d1\u9664\u4e86\u4f5c\u70ba\u907f\u96aa\u529f\u80fd\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u9084\u662f\u770b\u4e0a\u9ec3\u91d1\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u50f9\u503c\u3002\u5f9e\u57fa\u672c\u9762\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u9ec3\u91d1\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u66ff\u4ee3\u8ca8\u5e63\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u6fc3\u539a\uff0c\u5bf6\u4f86\u9ec3\u91d1\u671f\u4fe1\u57fa\u91d1\u7d93\u7406\u4eba\u65b9\u7acb\u5bec\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678\u57289\u6708\u4ee5\u4f86\u9032\u53e3\u7684\u9ec3\u91d1\u5678\u6578\u9ad8\u905457\u516c\u5678\uff0c\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u53bb(2010)\u5e74\u540c\u671f\u6210\u95775\u500d\uff0c\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u6cb9\u50f9\u53c8\u4e0a\u6f32\uff0c\u903c\u8fd1\u6bcf\u6876100\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u6cb9\u50f9\u4e0a\u6f32\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u6703\u5e36\u52d5\u91d1\u50f9\u8d70\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u56e0\u70ba\u7f8e\u5143\u8d70\u5f37\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u9ec3\u91d1\u50f9\u683c\u8d70\u52e2\u5e73\u7de9\uff0c\u81ea9\u67086\u65e5\u5275\u4e0b\u6bcf\u76ce\u53f81920\u7f8e\u5143\u65b0\u9ad8\u50f9\u4f4d\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u8fd1\u671f\u57281750\u7f8e\u5143\u9644\u8fd1\u9707\u76ea\uff0c\u300c\u6211\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u8cb7\u9ede\u662f\u57281700\u7f8e\u5143\u4ee5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u898b\u5230\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5efa\u8b70\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u4e00\u770b\u5230\u91d1\u50f9\u6709\u62c9\u56de\u5c31\u61c9\u8a72\u8981\u9032\u5834\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u4fee\u6b63\u90fd\u662f\u8cb7\u9ede\uff0c\u5206\u6279\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u300d\u5bcc\u862d\u514b\u6797\u5929\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u7d44\u5408\u57fa\u91d1\u7d93\u7406\u4eba\u80e1\u5fd7\u8c6a\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c\u91d1\u50f9\u8d70\u9577\u591a\u683c\u5c40\uff0c1\u5e74\u5f8c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u4e0a\u63a22000\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65e2\u7136\u9ec3\u91d1\u53ef\u4ee5\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u5230\u5e95\u8981\u600e\u9ebc\u6295\u8cc7\u624d\u5c0d\u5462\uff1f\u8981\u50cf\u963f\u5bf6\u90a3\u6a23\u98db\u5230\u6d77\u5916\u53bb\u8cb7\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\u8a08\u50f9\u7684\u9ec3\u91d1\u5b58\u647a\u55ce\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\u8a08\u50f9\u7684\u9ec3\u91d1\u5728\u570b\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u5408\u6cd5\u7ba1\u9053\u53ef\u8cb7\uff0c\u5c6c\u65bc\u5883\u5916\u5546\u54c1\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u767c\u751f\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u53ef\u7ba1\u3002\u300d\u65b9\u7acb\u5bec\u8aaa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u80e1\u5fd7\u8c6a\u4e5f\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u570b\u5167\u73fe\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u6295\u8cc7\u9ec3\u91d1\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u53ef\u4f9d\u98a8\u96aa\u5c6c\u6027\u4f86\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u4e0d\u9700\u7279\u5225\u8dd1\u5230\u5883\u5916\u53bb\u8cb7\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u5c1a\u672a\u88ab\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u9ec3\u91d1\u5546\u54c1(\u88681)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u8207\u9ec3\u91d1\u73fe\u8ca8\u50f9\u6700\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u9ec3\u91d1\u5b58\u647a\uff0c\u9069\u5408\u4e00\u822c\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u6709\u591a\u5bb6\u9280\u884c\u958b\u8fa6\u9ec3\u91d1\u5b58\u647a\u696d\u52d9\u7686\u53ef\u958b\u6236\u8cf
