今天來到的是位於柏地廣場B1的一膳食堂<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

這間沒記錯的話應該是鰭樂日本料理<\/strong><\/span>那個集團的品牌<\/p>\n

跟什麼四季彩, totoya, 燒肉市場<\/span><\/strong>都是同一間的<\/p>\n

只是賣的東西不同…不過都是日式料理就是了! @@<\/p>\n

像今天打算吃的一膳食堂, 就主要是以賣鰻魚飯為主<\/p>\n

而這個市政店呢, 是位於柏地廣場的B1<\/p>\n

這裡以前其實是依蝶百貨, 不過因為空間配置的緣故<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

目前到B1只能由進門後的左手邊樓梯才能到達<\/span><\/strong>…<\/p>\n

不過不只是一膳食堂啦~應該說~柏地廣場目前的美食街就只能由樓梯與電梯進出<\/p>\n

連手扶梯都沒有呢= =”<\/p>\n

不過要說到台中的鰻魚飯<\/p>\n

公認有名也不錯吃的~應該要算是大東屋<\/a><\/strong>了<\/p>\n

但~~根據之前去吃過的結果…也是公認的縮水了 XD<\/p>\n

那一膳呢?<\/p>\n

之前水哥沒吃過~但是根據某些部落客的推薦…<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

好像跟消費者實際用餐的結論落差頗大<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

到底真實的是如何? 今天就來試試看吧!!<\/p>\n

可能是位於美食街的緣故<\/p>\n

一膳在店內營造了有點類似日式的街景<\/p>\n

除了入口處有檢驗報告外<\/p>\n

基本上右側的是廚房, 吧台與結帳區<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

左側則是半開放式的座位與小包廂<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

表明一人用餐的意願之後<\/p>\n

很快就帶位到定點…並且送上茶水與菜單<\/p>\n

今天用餐的是像這種小桌子<\/p>\n

不過上頭的酌料, 餐具與杯盤都是完整且整齊的<\/p>\n

供應的是冷麥茶, 無糖…不難喝<\/p>\n

整體營造出來的質感絕對是水準之上的<\/p>\n

有體會過大東屋朝富店<\/a><\/strong>那種燜熱感就知道~~這裡可是舒服多了!<\/p>\n

因為水哥第一次來, 所有請店內人員做一下介紹<\/p>\n

基本上這裡也算是一間日式料理店<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

只是主推的就是鰻魚飯<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

不過如果沒興趣的人也可以考慮其他像是生魚片, 串燒, 關東煮<\/strong><\/span>之類的東西<\/p>\n

當然~酒類飲品是肯定會提供<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

如果要自備就是會收個開瓶費囉!<\/p>\n

店內有名的桶裝鰻魚飯<\/p>\n

據說份量大約是2~3人份<\/p>\n

不過水哥是有點懷疑<\/p>\n

因為這個應該是要用來做鰻魚飯三吃的吧@@” 份量應該不是重點吧?<\/p>\n

待會還要趕攤~下次時間多些再來嘗試看看<\/p>\n

就先來份鰻魚飯吧…<\/p>\n

大概是這樣一盒, 味噌湯, 泡菜一小份<\/p>\n

然後飯後還有一個小甜點, 算是可以接受的價位<\/p>\n

挖屋~鰻魚的份量看起來還蠻有誠意的<\/p>\n

至少比大東屋<\/a><\/strong>好啦XD<\/p>\n

不過實際上吃起來<\/p>\n

烤的味道算是比較明顯些<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

味道不會過鹹, 甜甜的感覺還算可以<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

以這份來說<\/p>\n

就是肉質有點乾, 偏硬了點…<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

底部的皮不容易咬斷<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

這在以往吃過的鰻魚飯來講是比較少見的<\/p>\n

還有另外一種乾是呈現在飯的部分<\/p>\n

可能是因為怕消費者吃不飽<\/p>\n

這裡鰻魚飯的飯~可是給得相當的足…<\/p>\n

至少是大東屋<\/a><\/strong>的兩倍以上!!<\/p>\n

但是可能也是因為這樣…<\/p>\n

就會給人一種醬汁不足的感覺<\/p>\n

越吃越乾@@”<\/p>\n

雖然底部有鰻魚醬汁…有海苔絲<\/p>\n

香味是足夠的, 但因為鰻魚的份量還是有限…<\/p>\n

飯又過多, 這樣吃下去肯定感覺會不好吧…?<\/p>\n

味噌湯的部份<\/p>\n

柴魚味明顯, 搭配起來還挺好喝<\/p>\n

而且這個湯可以續加, 水哥還難得多續了一碗呢<\/p>\n

不過現在想想<\/p>\n

或許可以把這個湯加到鰻魚飯裡頭試試?<\/p>\n

泡菜的部份不算太酸<\/p>\n

也沒有很明顯的辣, 一般人應該都可以接受吧<\/p>\n

這天提供的是鳳梨白木耳凍<\/p>\n

鳳梨的酸味相當顯著<\/p>\n

木耳的部分倒是比較不明顯<\/p>\n

吃起來還挺解膩的就是…<\/p>\n

會有點讓人忘記剛剛才吃過鰻魚飯的感覺@@”<\/p>\n

整體來說算是有點失望<\/p>\n

雖然說沒有到難吃的程度<\/p>\n

但是總覺得鰻魚被浪費了…<\/p>\n

雖然說這裡飯跟鰻魚都給比較多~環境也舒適~甚至還有甜點<\/p>\n

可是對消費者來講…<\/p>\n

要我吃這樣的鰻魚飯我真的還不如去吃大東屋阿 \":(\"<\/p>\n

當天水哥有填意見表給店家<\/p>\n

幾個小時候店家有打電話給水哥詢問狀況<\/p>\n

或許這天的鰻魚比較失敗吧?也許下次會更好?<\/p>\n

anyway…有機會應該會來吃吃看鰻魚飯三吃…<\/p>\n

希望到時候的鰻魚水準有提昇就是<\/p>\n
