\u800c\u7d93\u6fdf\u5408\u4f5c\u66a8\u767c\u5c55\u7d44\u7e54\uff08OECD\uff09\u5247\u66fe\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u80fd\u5728\u7570\u8cea\u793e\u7fa4\u4e2d\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u81ea\u5f8b\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u4e92\u52d5\u5de5\u5177\u8207\u601d\u8003\u529b\uff0c\u662f\u672a\u4f86\u6700\u9700\u8981\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8de8\u5b78\u79d1\u5b78\u7fd2\u5728\u82ac\u862d\u4e26\u975e\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c1980\u5e74\u4ee3\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u9032\u516521\u4e16\u7d00\u5f8c\u66f4\u986f\u5f97\u7dca\u8feb\u800c\u5fc5\u8981\u3002\u4e00\u5411\u4e88\u5b78\u6821\u9ad8\u81ea\u4e3b\u6b0a\u7684\u82ac\u862d\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u5df2\u8981\u6c42\u5c0f\u5b78\u5230\u9ad8\u4e2d\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d7\u6b72\u523016\u6b72\u7684\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u8981\u958b\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u8de8\u79d1\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
