台灣東部屬於斷層海岸，海邊多是垂直岩岸、斷涯等很少沙灘；宜蘭蘇澳有難得一小片的白色沙灘，是滿隱密的景點，內埤海灘。<\/div>\n

<\/a>蘇澳有條山路能夠騎上去國小有觀景台，可以俯瞰整個海邊。<\/p>\n

東部海岸的斷層地形海水深度落差很大，浪也特別不穩；本來小小的浪，可能下個浪就是高浪大浪，記得到這邊在岸邊踏踏浪就好，別下海玩水！！<\/div>\n

左邊的岩石就像某種動物一樣趴著，旁邊是美麗的海和沙，走過去能近距離看岩石洞。<\/p>\n

左邊遙遠的那方也有美麗的山，但真的很遙遠…<\/p>\n

幾年前剛來這邊，在路上問路都沒人知道這地方，那時候真的是秘境。但最近幾年路上已經有滿多指標，也有沖水的涼亭。但連續幾次來內埤海灘都沒太多的人潮，因為不適合下海玩水，適合到這踏踏浪，發呆放空想事情，這邊海和風景真的很美！<\/p>\n

大眾運輸：(1)蘇澳火車站下車轉搭宜蘭縣121公車，埤海灣風景區下車。<\/div>\n
                    (2)1766(南方澳-頭城)、1791(羅東-南方澳(經清水))、1812(台北-南方澳)至南方澳站下車。<\/div>\n
